Grilled Mahi Mahi

6-8 bite sized pieces of Mahi Mahi

For the marinade:

3-4 tbsp Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice from Bob Roth's New River Groves
1” freshly grated ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic finely minced
2 tbsp Orange Blossom Honey from Bob Roth's New River Groves
Salt to taste
½ tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl. Add the pieces of fish. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour. Let the pieces of fish soak in the marinade. Spray some cooking oil or olive oil on your grill. Place the fish pieces on the grill. Grill for 5-6 minutes. Turn over and grill the other side also for 5-6 minutes. Serve.
